About 150 teachers comprise the heart of Shelton's instructional community, contributing to the nurturing atmosphere at school. Some 43% have advanced degrees. They have an average of 17 years' teaching experience. While other staff members' jobs are outside the classroom, they are never far removed from interaction with students. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position within a professional office environment

Demonstrated proficiency in Google Suite.
Able to work alone or in a team environment on a broad variety of projects.

Attendance and punctuality are essential to the successful performance of this job.
General Office Support
Greet visitors upon arrival and after lunch
Receive and respond promptly to all phone calls and emails
Monitor emails frequently for urgent cancellations or last-minute emergencies.
Provide answers to evaluation center clients related to process and paperwork
Manage outgoing and incoming mail
Order test materials, protocols and office supplies
Evaluation Scheduling & Intake Paperwork
Schedule and confirm appointments
Confirm completion of required documents
Locate prior testing if applicable
Assign examiner for Evaluation
Manage Department Calendar
Assemble client files
Testing & Reporting
Scanning, copying, filing and binding of materials
Prepare score shells for each student
Coordinate preparation of Diagnosis Letter with Examiner
Close out case in DocServer
Financial & Administrative Tasks
Receive, record and deposit payments
Compile and email Monthly Income Statements
Process Refunds
Manage Contractor Invoices
Reconcile monthly credit card statement
Complete monthly board report
Provide excused absence notices and insurance responses as needed
